When I was job hunting back in 2005-2006, I used many websites to aid in my search. this Crossing was one of these sites. Its interface is not very friendly and not very fun to look at. Its very bare bones and finding the jobs you are wanting to find can be tedious. I was able to find lots of jobs there though and got a lot of interviews through the job listings I replied to via this site, but I did not actually find a job through this site. I would recommend it to everyone just the same though, as you can never have too many places to look for a job when you need one. Its a good resource once you get used to it and learn all its secrets.

Required Skills and Talents
A critical talent for successful account management is the ability to build relationships, as relationship selling is a very effective way to increase account penetration. What kinds of records do you need to keep? Picture a large, three-dimensional spreadsheet in your mind. In the left-hand column is a list of every product and service that you could possibly sell to a customer. Across the top of the spreadsheet are all of the business units, departments, divisions, and other business entities that make up your account's entire organization. This is a great tool to help someone find a job quickly. There are many features you find on the site that are available to you for free. First off, you can upload your resume to their database for thousands of employers to view. They have a great search system that really helps you find only the jobs that you are looking for. The best part of the search, in my opinion, is that you can choose the time frame that the jobs were posted. So if you are looking for freshly posted opportunities, you can set the search to be for the last week instead of the last month. Even in the case you are having no luck, they offer free advice on how to improve your resume and they will create one for you. All in all this is a great tool to help find employment fast.
